Word Association
NMW - Has stood the test of time, its rivals have tried repeatedly to surpass it, only to slip and fall.
GAW - Saying it's not a promotion is a bit too strong.
NGW - Has its work cut out drawing a good number against HWA and MWF head-to-head.
Guy Smith - I don't care what anyone says, he earned his wrestler of the year award. Sure he's had a bad match before but they're outweighed by his many good matches.
The Phoenix Twins - The central Illinois promoters who don't want anything to do with these guys cause they think they're too conceited and have bad attitudes are gonna kick themselves many times over when they hit the majors.
Morton Von Prose & Josh Powers - Seems several people in high places are not at all sold on their ringwork. They just say they're horrible, yet I'm having a hard time seeing what it is they are that forms their opinion. They've apparently held nine tag titles at various times between NGW, GAW, HPW and NBWA and that makes them overrated or something.
Issan Hadeev - If he keeps trashing wrestlers that are better in the ring than him on television, promoters are gonna sour on him in a hurry cause they'll be telling themselves, why do I wanna deal with this guy's attitude in my locker room? Gonna have problems once the guys he's been trashing confront him when they're booked on the same shows.
Dennis Devine - Has no business wearing a women's title.
Steven Bishop - Can't believe he is still not in the NMW heavyweight title picture.
Zero Gravity - Opinions have soured and soured big on this duo recently, cause some people seem tired of seeing them flip around the ring. It's to the point that they're making the word flip into a four-letter word. Hadeev despises them.
Off the Ropes - I've had several people come up and say they agree with what I wrote with that rant. Of course, they aren't gonna say it publicly cause they'll be reprecussions against them if they do.
Paul Roma - Mentioning his name brought forth a bad reaction when I said he was underrated. While I'm perfectly aware of him throwing away his career by being completely uncooperative in the ring against Alex Wright (and it was funny to watch), if you throw out his WCW years, he was quite underrated in WWE. I wondered why the Young Stallions were split up, seems Roma didn't like Powers too much. He seemed to have found the perfect partner in Hercules but Roma left the WWF and went to WCW. No one seemed to care for Roma being recruited into the Horsemen with the negative stigma attached that he couldn't hang with people who win matches. In fact it seemed like he needed to be stuck at the level of enhancement talent his entire career. So yeah, he was quite underrated most of his career, and when he tried to move up, fans scoffed cause they only saw a jobber to the stars.
