I'm rather glad to be caught up on rap sheets as these have been showing up more than a week after the shows had gone down. One more for last weekend then I'm going on vacation.


Going to Maroa, I usually give the referee a ride to the venue since he doesn't have his own car. But hearing that he hasn't driven a car since December 2003, I decided to have him drive my vehicle to give him a refresher course before his license expired that week. There are some times where I wanna just ride and not drive, since I seem to really rack up miles lately. Get to the venue, there is no air conditioning at all. Had one of those hand held battery fans but it didn't do all that much. The former Adam Deacon was in attendance but for some reason was in a really foul mood. The infamous Paradise was there, and I can see this guy would get a lot of women after him.

Live from the Old Grade School. Your ring announcer is Chris Lee and co-commentator is Jason Devall. I'm still available to do play-by-play... Attendance was 60 and that gym is a steam bath.

Sammy Da Bull comes out first and asks who was here when Ben Taylor lost the compnay. He wants to put GAW up to where it should be and not where it was a laughingstock under Taylor's rein. All the good guys come out and says they were all there for him so he offers everyone in there a match of their choosing. Jessie Clark wants the Gentlemens Club. Dickie Williams wants a footlong chill dog, but he wants Tru Talent in a pinfalls count anywhere match. Is John Scott's knee healed? Joe Cain wants Apriq Laveq. Eric Ruffington wants Tricky Dick Moore. Jaxson Pride knows the crowd wants him to beat up JC Michaels, but he wants a piece of Spencer Powers this evening. JC Michaels emerges from the back with Taylor. Sammy thinks it's fair that he defends the title tonight so he wants him to fight Truk Thompson. JC says he beat most of them guys in the ring, called Ruff a nobody, Pride can't get the best of him so he accepts the match against Truk. Sammy says he needs to keep Ben Taylor busy so he makes him referee some of the matches tonight. Uh, I don't think that's such a good idea. Sammy says if he screws it up he'll have jock strap duty next month. They end up making it no DQ for the title match tonight with Taylor as ref. Oh boy, that's not such a good idea. Pride says if Truk doesn't win tonight he definately will be taking that title on July 1st. By the way, they forgot to ask what match Hardcore KC wanted.

"Wrangler" Eric Ruffington (0-1) 215lbs. Bonkers, TX vs. Tricky Dick Moore (1-0) 170lbs. Beaverdale, PA w/ Prime Time Playa, Smooth GQ Suavey & Ms. Black - Side kick, powerslam Ruff gets two. Suplex Ruff gets two. Moore nails him and Ms. Black distracts as there's some triple choking. Ruff with a small package gets two. Moore clothesline, someone comes out with a balloon and flowers for Ms. Black, but the other Gents freak out and destroy it. Ms. Black is NOT happy. Moore pounds away, tornado inverted DDT gets two! Moore suplex gets two with a two palm cover. Swinging neckbreaker by Moore gets two but he pulls him up! Oh SO STUPID! Moore whip Ruff hits an inverted DDT into a backbreaker! Someone grabs Ruff's foot, Moore goes for the rude awakening but gets distracted, as the Clarks have run out here to brawl with the Gents. Ruffington reverses it into a rack powerbomb for three!

Clark Bros. (2-1) 380lbs. combined Clark Family Farm - Jessie (0-1) & Petey (4-2) w/ Eric Ruffington vs. The Gentlemen's Club (2-2) - Prime Time Playa (1-3) & Smooth GQ (0-1) w/ Ms. Black & Tricky Dick Moore - Where's Jackie Sazerak? Yeah I know it's GAW but still... They're brawling into the ring so the match begins immeadiately! Smooth GQ Suavey & Prime Time Playa w/ Ms. Black & Tricky Dick Moore - They ram the Gents together. PTP and Jess are officially starting, they trip each other, Jess with a chop. Whip splash in the corner gets two. PTP with a chop, shoves Pete, suplex on Jess. Illegal switch, suplex GQ gets two. Spinning heel kick by GQ, DDT by Jess. Double tags. Clotheslines by Pete, hip toss. PTP with a poke, spinebuster, elbow gets two. PTP with a missile dropkick off the second rope. Tag GQ, double whip double elbow. GQ with a senton gets two. Whip to the corner, Pete misses a charge and hits the post. Rollup GQ gets two. GQ whip dropkick gets two. Pete with a clothesline, tag Jess. Jess with a clothesline gets two. Suplex strangle headlock by Jess. Moore gets a cheap shot in, GQ with a German, tag PTP. Knee to the arm, slam PTP, jumping elbow gets two. PTP with a rear chinlock, Jess gets out of it, shoulerblock tackle by Jess. Double tags, Pete with hip tosses, clotheslines, double face buster. Pete goes up, Ms. Black is on the apron and Ricky the ref just HAS to stare at her assets. Moore shoves him off the top, Ruff chases after him but GQ with a gut wrench suplex for three! Arrgh, Ricky is gonna WALK home tonight. They're brawling well after the bell.

Hardcore Match - Falls Count Anywhere
"Tru Talent" Johnathan Scott (3-4-1) 217lbs. St. Louis, MO vs. Dickie Williams (4-4) 280lbs. His Momma's Basement - Oh boy Ben Taylor is the ref. And I'm wondering what the condition of the knee is of Scott. John Scott immeadiately ducks to the side of the stage waiting, and he jumps him as soon as Dickie comes out. He throws him into the stage, DDT on a chair! Scott throws him in the ring and kicks away, whip clothesline. Snap suplex gets two. Scott chops away, whip high knee gets two. Apparently that knee is healed. Williams comes to life, side suplex gets two. He locks in a goofy leglock. Scott gets out and rams him into the post! Scott lines him up, but clotheslines the post himself! Williams gets two out of it. They fight into the bleachers! Another ram into the stairs! Where are they going? Scott with a DDT on the floor for two! Scott locks in a butterfly armbar surfboard variation, it's the RINGS OF SATURN! Williams gets out of it though and stomps him, gets a chair. Some guy from the curtain sticks an arm out with a hotdog! Dickie goes back there and gets WHACKED! Scott with the pin, WTF???

Who had the hotdog??? Sammy Da Bull walks over wanting to know who did it. It's Gavin Alexander! And he takes some cheap shots on Williams! Well I didn't know he was in the building tonight. Sammy ain't thrilled and says that won't happen anymore cause he's got something special for him later tonight.

Hardcore KC (4-2-1) 170lbs. Kansas City, MO vs. Jules Vega (debut) ???lbs. Parts Unknown - Well someone else was gonna be KC's opponent but despite the promoters finally figuring out how to CALL him they did it like a couple hours before showtime, which is HARDLY enough notice. Jules Vega has only been training for a short time and was asked to sub, let's see how he'll do. KC with the armbar, shoulderblock Vega, armdrag, dropkick KC. Hip toss KC, rake Vega, slam. Jules with a clothesline, one foot cover gets one. Yep he's inexperienced all right. Choke by Jules, whip to the corner clothesline Jules, charge misses. Monkey flip KC, legdrop gets two. Suplex KC, Jules hits a knee, legdrop gets two. Jules with the jetski, misses a legdrop. KC clothesline, slam gets two. Side elboe Jules, but KC with a powerslam wins in. Okay match for what it was, we'll see how Vega develops when he's actually ready to be used regularly.

WINNER: Hardcore KC pin -> 6:30 mins. *½

Joe Cain (6-5) 120lbs. Orlando, FL vs. Apriq Laveq (4-6-1) 225lbs. France - This bantumweight is really being pushed, which is a rarity in wrestling these days but they best not make Joe appear more powerful that he is throwing guys 100-200 pounds bigger than him. Sign: More Apriq Than Ever! Devall is too busy jawing on the mike to be ringing the bell. Joe kicks away, hurraconranna two. THAT'S what a hurraconranna is Chris. Shoulderblock Apriq, hip tosses by Joe and he works the arm. Apriq with a slingshot suplex gets two. Apriq with a powerbomb gets two. Whip Apriq, backslide Joe gets two. Small package Joe gets two. Spinning side elbow gets two. Joe DDT, springboard moonsault gets two. Apriq with a LOW BLOW, rams the back into the corner, slam. Apriq goes up, moonsault MISSED. Apriq goes for his finisher but it's blocked, Joe with some sort of flip move gets the pin.

WINNER: Joe Cain pin -> (7-5) 6:30 mins. **

Richard Biggs comes out, with NO hair! Biggs says he won the tag belts and the next show they lost them for him. Biggs says he won the tables match against Joey Grunge and the Clarks. Biggs says he doesn't have a match tonight. And look who comes out, Gavin and Billy Reno. Gavin chews out Biggs saying he was in ICU having surgery on his leg for an infection not knowing if he'd be able to wrestle again and blames Grunge for jumping from the entranceway and onto his chest. Gavin says where his head is it, he was hired as their enforcer, he said they were gonna do this to the bitter end. Sammy Da Bull decides to interrupt, he tells them to make up cause he likes what he sees and he wants them to all face one man, the Mississippi Madman in an elimination match. I dunno if it's a fair fight here.

3 vs. 1 Elimination Handicap Match
Mississippi Madman (4-3-1) 375lbs. Olive Branch, MS vs. Hot Commodity - Richard Biggs, Gavin Alexander & Billy Reno - Cause of the type of match this is, no tallies will be recorded. And the whole HC bails out. For the next couple minutes they tag each other out not wanting to lockup with him as the crowd chants "Who's House? MY house!" Finally all three of them attack but Madman throws them off. Offense is ineffective until Biggs hits a top rope clothesline and splash for two. Gavin with a clip, tosses Reno onto Madman for two. All three attack the leg, Gavin SPLASH on the knee! Biggs scissors the leg using the rope. Gavin in, whip splash on Madman in the corner, and they pancake themselves together on him. Madman shoves them off, double whip they try to lift him but can't. Madman with the clothesline, Biggs with a LOW BLOW! And Richard Biggs decides to up and leave his teammates. Well that was pointless.

Richard Biggs...you ARE the weakest link...GOODBYE! Countout at 9:30 mins.

Billy Reno is in the Madman's sights...FIFTH FLOOR, SQUASH!

Gavin in and he screams that he's not afraid of Madman. Madman pounds him, splash in the corner, legdrop. Madman makes a wish and stomps him. Gavin tries to leave, Madman chases, Gavin stomps him on the way in. Chops have no effect, they trade slaps, Gavin defiantly yells he's not afraid. Whip SPEAR Madman! And Richard Biggs runs out with a chair...BAM!

WINNER: Mississippi Madman countout, pin, DQ -> 14:20 mins. *¼

Sammy yells that he's sick of people interfering with matches. Madman sits up growling. Sammy tells Biggs he'll see how good he'll be swinging a chair in a last man standing match in July. Gavin Alexander is throwing a fit about the turn of events.

Spotlight Spencer Powers (2-2-1) 170lbs. Miami, FL w/ Cherry Malone vs. Jaxson Pride (12-3) 225lbs. Freedom, PA - The Spotlight is out here first. The crowd is giving him a lotta crap tonight. Hey Cherry made it over here tonight! SSP says he made Jaxson Pride tap out to the ab stretch and is pretty sure he can make him tap out again. Pride hits a clothesline over the top. Pride chases him, SSP kicks him on the way in, whip clothesline in the corners. Standing choke on the ropes SSP, Cherry joins in. They trade chops, whip clothesline Pride gets two SSP suplex, ram to the corner, rib breaker SSP, and drops the knees to the gut. Pride goes low, small package gets two. Clothesline attempt misses and SSP almost runs the ref over! Pride with the seven punch count before getting atomic dropped for two. SSP with a slam, second rope legdrop gets two. Whip reverse spinebuster Pride gets two. Whip SSP knee to the gut, and he gets the ab stretch! Doesn't work though, as Pride rams him in the corner, facebuster from the second rope gets ONE. Juvy driver SSP gets two. Pride with a flying forearm gets two. SSP with the Unprettier, but he pulls him up at two! WTF? What he is thinking??? SSP decides to go up, Pride stands up and trips him. Well if SSP loses it's gonna be his own dumb fault. Pride goes up, SUPERPLEX! Both men are slow to get up, and the ref gets to ten. Oh no way!

NO WINNER: Double KO -> 9:50 mins.

Wait, Sammy Da Bull doesn't like the match ending like that so he orders the match to resume. Clothesline and they pound the heck outta each other on the mat. SSP drops an elbow, and a bunch of people hit the ring from the back for no apparent reason for the SPORTS ENTERTAINMENT FINISH at...

NO WINNER: No contest -> 11:30 mins. **½

Half star deduction for the screwy finish. Who the heck booked it this way? Sammy just says he's learning. What the heck was the point of restarting the match if the locker room was gonna stop it right after? Are they all deaf that they didn't hear the match was restarted? Were they watching from the back or not? Apparently not.

GAW Heavyweight Championship - No DQ
(c)JC Michaels (5-1) w/ Pat Mugroin vs. Truk Thompson (4-3-1) - Oh boy Ben Taylor is the ref and Pat Mugroin is out here, I think I know how THIS is gonna turn out. Ricky the ref takes a seat next to me without the ref shirt. JC with an armbar DDT. Camel clutch JC. JC with elbows on the arm, clothesline, splash gets two. Choke JC, whip clothesline Truk two. Arm wrench Truk and the ref forces a break. Mugroin with a cheap shot using the cane. Choke JC, whip to the corner, JC misses the charge. Truk with the ten rams into the turnbuckle gets two. Truk makes a wish, LOW BLOW JC! Russian leg sweep JC gets two. Truk forces a rollover for two. Elbows by Truk gets one. Truk with the SPEAR and the ref refuses to count. Ricky jumps out of his seat and runs to the back, I told him he should have his ref shirt handy in case this happened. JC THROWS POWDER in Truk's face! JC with the SHATTERED PRIDE and Taylor counts a FAST THREE! *cough cough* Yep I knew it, Ricky was too late and I told you they can't trust Taylor with ref'ing!

WINNER and STILL CHAMP: JC Michaels pin -> (6-1) 10:55 mins. *

Make JC even more overrated. Sammy says he'll have jock duty next month. Taylor says it was no DQ, so pffth. Jaxson Pride wants Truk in his corner in his match with JC on July 1st. And this show is mercifully over with.

The Verdict: The bloody heat pretty much affected everyone and everything in this show. It seems if when the good wrestlers are allowed to wrestle the show gets better, but when the BS gets thrown in the show starts to suck. And ironically, I can't blame anything on the Animals as they were elsewhere tonight, and just as well. So, Sammy's gotta tough job trying to make improvements here and needs all the help he can get.
